How it works...

1. View the product you want to auto ship.

2. On the product page, Look for ‘Subscribe & Save’ options and choose your quantity, how often you want them delivered and whether you want to pay per delivery or prepay.

3. Checkout as normal. During order processing, we’ll automatically set up your future deliveries.

4. That's it. Your first order will ship out right away and your subsequent orders will ship out at the frequency you selected. 


You’ll receive an e-mail detailing the subscriptions from our subscriber app. You can change, skip, or cancel** your delivery schedule at any time.  Make changes whenever you want. 

FAQ

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Can I change quantities on my subscription?

Absolutely. 
Need more? Need Less?...adjust your quantity in your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the
"Items" card and edit quanity, remove or add other products to your subscription.

Can I change the delivery timing/schedule on my subscription?

Of course. You can adjust the delivery timing of your products in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the "Subscription" card and change the "Repeats Every" timing portion to suit your needs.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

Pausing your subscription:

What Does Pausing Your Subscription Mean?
Pausing your subscription allows you to temporarily stop automatic renewals and deliveries while keeping your 5% subscription discount intact. This flexibility means you can take a break when needed without losing your benefits.

To pause your subscription:

  1. Access the customer portal using the link from your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account on our shop.
  2. Locate the "Subscription" section and select the option to pause.

When you're ready to resume, simply reactivate your subscription, and your 5% discount will automatically apply to your future orders.

Important: Pausing is only available after completing at least two subscription cycles. This ensures the terms of the initial subscription commitment are met.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime after the initial order period, provided you have completed at least two subscription cycles. This ensures that the terms of the initial subscription commitment are fulfilled.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Use the "Contact Us" email on the website to send us the following details:
    • Your subscription number.
    • The items in the subscription you would like to cancel.
    • The email address used to create the subscription.
  2. Submit your cancellation request at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
  3. We will process your cancellation by the next business day.
  4. You will receive an automated cancellation confirmation email from our shop.

If you need assistance, email us directly with your subscription ID and order details. We're here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.

Note: Once canceled, you will no longer receive future shipments, and any discounts associated with your subscription will no longer apply. If you decide to subscribe again, you will need to set up a new subscription.

For subscriptions, sale pricing is applied only to the initial order. Subsequent renewals will follow the current regular price plus the subscription discount. All future orders under the subscription will be charged at the current regular price at the time of renewal plus the standard subscription discount. Coupon code based discounts are not eligible to be used on subscriptions. This exception includes Military and First Responder discounts.
