  • 1 Scoop Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Graham Flour
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/8 TSP Salt
  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla
  • 1/8 Cup Sugar-Free Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 TBSP (15g) Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • Combine protein powder, graham flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:

    • Fold in vanilla, sugar-free syrup, unsweetened applesauce, and water. Adjust the water as needed to achieve a batter-like consistency. Stir in mini chocolate chips, if using.
  3. Prepare the Muffin Pan:

    • Line a cupcake pan with liners or spray with non-stick spray. Fill each cup 2/3 of the way with batter.
  4. Bake the Muffins:
