  • 2 TBSP Truvia or Splenda (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water (adjust for batter consistency)
  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 TBSP (15g) Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine Ultimate Muscle Protein, quick oats, salt, and sweetener (if using).
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
